Michaud Consumer Law

We at Michaud Consumer Law (MCL) have vast experience achieving settlements of hundreds of thousands of dollars against companies large and small. We litigate class as well as individual actions to recover damages for clients who are the victims of unfair, fraudulent and deceptive acts and practices. From credit-reporting agencies refusing to remove incorrect and derogatory reporting from your credit reports, to debt collectors harassing debtors for debts they do not owe (or do), to banks and mortgage companies foreclosing on homes despite being paid, MCL litigates these issues through trial, both in state and federal courts.
